By accessing revivacatch.com or using RevivaCatch's services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

RevivaCatch provides missed-call recovery, automated booking, and reputation tools for service businesses, delivered on a third-party platform. Features and availability may change.

Accounts & billing

• Paid services are billed as a recurring subscription plus any one-time setup fee, as agreed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

Guarantee

Where offered, our "recovered patients in 14 days or you don't pay the next month" guarantee applies to the monthly subscription fee only and requires the system to be live and used as directed.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services lawfully, including compliance with all applicable telemarketing, SMS, and privacy regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM), and to obtain proper consent before messaging your contacts.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevivaCatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior [3] months.

Termination

Either party may cancel with notice. Upon termination, your access ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
